Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Let’s explore how this works more concretely.

Every day, often without noticing, you follow a subtle internal loop:

  1. You think a thought.

  2. Through repetition, that thought becomes a belief.

  3. That belief forms a lens through which you perceive reality.

  4. That lens filters what you notice, how you interpret events, and what you expect.

  5. This experience then reinforces the original story—completing the cycle.

For example:

“People don’t really listen to me” → becomes a belief → leads you to feel unheard → causes you to withdraw or speak less → confirms the story.

But here’s the empowering part:
You can interrupt the loop at any point—by choosing a different story.

As Abraham Hicks teaches:

When you reach for a thought that feels better, you begin to shift your emotional state. That shift creates a new frequency—and with it, a new outlook, a new filter, and eventually, new results.
